Become a Partner in Brushing Buddies

Brushing Buddies is a children’s oral-health company I, Carley Hart, built to help kids ages 3–6 build healthy brushing habits through fun products (sing-along book + brushing tools) and school-based dental health programs.

I currently own and lead the business, and I manage our manufacturing, e-commerce operations, product development, and distribution.

Now, I’m looking for a Marketing Lead (co-owner) to help me scale sales by owning our social channels and industry partnerships.

This is a unique opportunity for a dentist (or dentistry-adjacent creator) who wants to build a personal brand, step into entrepreneurship, and share in meaningful upside.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media & Digital Content Leadership

    1. Lead our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other family-facing platforms

    2. Share fun, evidence-informed brushing guidance for parents and kids

  2. Partnerships & Community Engagement - build relationships with dentists, dental schools, teachers, and parent communities

  3. Educational Program Development - provide clinical insight for our early-childhood oral health curriculum

I’m Looking for Someone Who…

  • Has experience or training in the dental industry (dentist, hygienist, assistant, student, office manager, etc.)

  • Is comfortable communicating online and is interested in building a presence through content and social media

  • Is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and energized by early-stage entrepreneurship

 

Compensation Note - This is an equity-based partner role (no salary at this stage). The selected partner will receive an ownership stake, and we’ll take distributions based on ownership once we hit profitability targets. I’m open to other structures too, including an affiliate/performance-based model.
