Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email that contains tracking information. Ahhhsome Kids is not responsible for delays such as weather, COVID disruptions, carrier volume, or other situations outside of our control.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed or if you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ahhhsomekids.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Expedited 2nd Day Shipping (1-2 business days)

Economy Shipping (5-8 business days)

Shipping charges for both economy and expedited shipping will depend on the amount of products ordered and the corresponding weight. Shipping charges for your specific order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ahhhsome Kids purchase! If you would like to return an order, please reach out to our customer service team for further instructions at info@ahhhsomekids.com and include your order number or proof of purchase. You have 15 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to return a product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Please do not return the product back without contacting us first and receiving the necessary return or exchange instructions. 

For all returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your approved refund refund, please first check your bank account again. If it has still not been received, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ahhhsomekids.com

Exchanges

To receive an exchange for a defective item or an incorrect item shipped, please email a photo or video of the defect/incorrect product along with your order number to our customer service email at info@ahhhsomekids.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. We can only exchange purchases made on our website, www.ahhhsomekids.com. At the time of delivery, if the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier and let us know immediately.
